Spoon Carving Workshop

Spoon Carving Workshop

$360.00

Learn to make some beautiful spoons to take home and use! In this workshop students will learn to carve a spoon from kiln dried wood. Employing a hybrid approach, students will use a plethora of hand tools and limited power tools to craft their spoons.

Spoon carving is a great introduction to gain carving experience and pick up some basic woodworking skills all while requiring relatively few tools. This two day (and an evening) workshop will focus on safe carving techniques to give students the confidence to carve more spoons at home and create a foundation for carving other objects.

All materials will be provided and no experience is required. Workshop is limited to six students.
