A two prong fork is great for hor d'oeuvres, ferments, tsukemono and desserts.  Each fork is hand carved and unique, while the handle and tines are sanded smooth, the base of each handle is lightly faceted - marks of the knife that carved it.  Choose from Big Leaf Maple or Oregon Black Walnut - both sourced locally from the Willamette Valley.  Forks can pair with our hand carved wooden spreaders.  Each fork is finished with a food safe kiln cured tung oil.

Use & Care
Hand wash only.  Refresh with Mineral Oil as needed.

Each fork is designed and hand carved by Hew founder, Sterling Collins in Portland, Oregon.  We make everything to order, please allow 3-4 weeks for crafting and processing.
